The Kufist Art means the artworks of Kufi Activist whos using Kufi as their main subject matter in making art works. Kufi is an ancient Arabic writing originated from Kufah, Iraq. The evolution of common shape was affected by the history of world civilization until it became various types of shapes and most popular today in square shape.
Kufist Art is promoting the Square kufic (Murabba Kufi) based on the common Kufi rules & fundamental from F.o.K.S. (Fellowship of Kufic Square). The art works displayed in this site is designed by Mr. Uzaini Amir from Malaysia.
